Over weighted
Im 23yrs old...i got married a yr back and after my marriage my weight is increasing... Im a house wife and do lot of work and my food habits are also normal. I hav been exercising but im not able to reduce my weight.. My weight rite now is, 69 and my height is 5.5

Hi dear i do understand ur concern...see first u should have a full knowledge about ur body mass indication ie bmi....ur weight should be according to ur height.....u should know that ur hormonal level should undercontrol....ur thyroid should be regularly controlled....see if u have hypothroid then this should also be one reason for ur weight gain.
Next Steps
1-check ur thyroid level. 2-take a low caloric diet. 3-drink pleanty of water. 4-take a balanced diet that include intake of vitamin c. 5-eat low carbohydrate and unsaturated fats.
