Hi , I am 23 years old with 5'11 height and 110kgs weights.I want to reduce weight but I need a proper diet plan for that because i tried many plans suggested by friends and internet which didn't help me to reduce weight.

Hi thanks for your query. your BMI is 34. As per range you are obese. U need low calorie foods like less rice more brown great,rice.no potae,carbohydrate based foods. take green vegetables, citrus fruts,curd. max energy 1200kcal.200gm carbo, 80gm protien, low fat only 2 tsf cooking oil.no out side junk,fast ,oily foods mostly light frequently meals.More importantly rigorous two hours Exercises free hand very helpful.yoga,walking,running, jogging, skipping helpful.
