I'm facing lot of disturbances by overweight ,I'm a student I can't get time fr workouts hardly I can spend 30-40min I tried to keep myself avoiding food fr the diet BT no use I don't even eat much outside BT At home I should follow the food which my family does,plz hlp me with a diet plan at my chat to follow it...

Hi, you need to include exercises on a daily basis. If you have 30 mins then you should use those 30 mins atleast for workout. Go for brisk walk, cycling or swimming. You should remove some time for this,or your weight may keep on increasing. Diet front have more fruits atleast 3 a day. Drink lots of water. Have a light dinner avoid deep fried foods and sweets.
