My height is 157.5cm and weight is 64kg.I drink Apple cyder vinegar daily morning empty stomach and corn flakes for breakfast. I go to gym 5 days in a week but still feeling it difficult to lose wrought and belly fat. Kindly suggest me the proper diet.
