Ovarian dermoid
I am 27,and was trying to concieve and during my ovulation study,I got to know that there is a dermoid in right ovary (1.2*1.4cm) so do i need to go for laproscopy immediately because as per doctor it is not allowing me to concieve.please suggest

The dermoid cyst is small. Better to do laparoscopy. As its true not to become pregnant .

Such a small dermoid cyst is highly unlikely to cause difficulty in conception. A dermoid less than 3cm does not merit surgical removal. Also surgical removal can affect your ovarian reserve and hence fertility.
