Hi, i have dermoid cyst in my ovary. Doctor have suggested laproscopy surgery to remove. We plan to conceive in 2 years. Should i get the surgery done now or after the pregnancy. The cyst ia not growing and is consistent.

you have to get surgery done eventually.
laproscopic removal is best.
Sometimes delay can cause complication like torsion or twist which require emergency operation.
so better get it preplanned removed laproscopically.

How big is the dermoid? Any sized dermoid will eventually need removal laparoscopically. If it is very small and not troubling you, you can avoid surgery for some time. The laparoscopy should be done by a good laparoscopic surgeon so that the rest of the ovary is preserved.
