Ovarian cyst
My periods are regular.i have 23 years old..the usg shows there are 2 endometrial cyst which one is large with 8 cm and another is 4 cm. The cyst compress uterus and pelvic adhesions are there.with internal echoes and septations..i have a doubt that whether if it spreads to other parts of body.. My ca 125 test results shows the result 275

The size of the cysts are pretty large ..
You should get an MRI pelvis done to and consult a good laproscopic surgeon.
Frozen section should also be done at the time of surgery
