Ovarian cyst
I have diagnosed with ovarian cyst on 45th day of cycle.. I got my periods that too I confirmed by wiping through napkin and I was on my 60th day of cycle yet didn't get the flow

In ovarian cyst, periods are generally irregular due to hormonal changes, so irregular periods are not the issue while cyst is. So you need to send the reports for further treatment. And also you need to check for Pregnancy test, just to confirm that you are not pregnant if you had a sexual intercourse in-between coz irregular periods causes irregular ovulation, that can also lead to miss your periods.

Get Pregnancy Test done and send cyst report or consult a gynaecologist.
