Ovarian cancer?
I'm experiencing intermenstrual spotting since 5yrs..pap smear shows normal cells ..vaginal swab test shows no growth ...I experience pain in abdominal along with spotting on the ovulation day ...is this a sign of ovarian cancer?

If the papsmear and ultrasound findings are normal It is not ovarian Cancer

Anyone can suspect anything even if it is absurd.  However,  please get your sonography of the lower abdomen and also  your CA 125 done.  Consult a Gynecologist with the reports.
