Outburst of anger for no reason
My wife keeps shouting for no reason. She keeps talking about happenings some years back and starts abusing us, though, we are not at fault. Every minute is dreadful. She is always grumpy and because of this me and my sons are always on tenterhooks. My sons are unable to concentrate on their studies. We just don't like to stay in the house.

Hi there.. maybe your wife is holding onto suppressed emotions from past years..it could be sadness, hurt,tension,stress any of these getting channelled as anger..this would cause further frustration to herself and everyone around her..counselling could help her alleviate her distress and cope better..
