Anger outburst and Anger
To continue to previous question. I did not think it's not anonymous and wrote 6 to 8 posts on managers employees and one person who had made fun of me . In all others it was generic but in anger and frustration I mentioned his team name and zeroed him down except his name. This Thursday my manager who is good said there is a meeting at 4PM with HR and other higher manger . I knew I am caught . That meeting was to know why I had written . Was there any data or facts which made me write these comments against company management and managers and system. I said as I though it's anonymous I wrote. Their questing was based on this only . It could be addressed by talking to any higher manager or HR or my manager itself . I excepted my mistake . They said what happened in past I have written after waiting for 2 yrs . Pattern is anger outburst . How to TRUST you is the question. Work wise I am good . Need some counselling i feel badly

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Behaviors with anger, irritation, frustration, short tempered etc are expression or outburst of stress in your mind. If things don't go in your favor or anything against your point of view, we tend to blame others. It's a common psychic. However it's equally important to look at overself first before blaming other. Coping with such suitations need control of mind. Suggest you follow  certain stress management techniques that can help you manage or control your emotions.
