Osteoarthritis treatment upto grade 3 it is possible recover with conservative managment.sometimes patients required surgical management in grade 4 .ayurveda treatment basti,janu basti,pind sweda along with medicine and diet chart gives good results.

It depends on the age of the patient, history of illness and many other factors.
In ayurveda, panchakarma procedures like pinda sweda, janu basti, kati basti, dhara, basti etc. along with internal medications are prescribed based on the patients illness
