Osteoarthritis. Which tablet is safe?

Pain killers in osteoarthritis must be taken on an SOS basis only. Prolonged usage is not advised. A simple Paracetamol can be taken on a long term SOS basis. More than the pain killers, regular physiotherapy exercises are more useful. If the pain is not subsiding even after the medication, an x-ray may be required to stage the disease and also see the progression of the condition to aid in further treatment modalities.
