I did x ray of both knee joint. In which the report says
1. bilateral Synovial chondromatosis is seen.
2.Also osteoarthritic changes are seen at both knee, suggested by diminished joint space and marginal osteophytes.

A) Arthritis is developing in both your knees and the normal joint spaces have reduced resulting in friction between the two bones involved in the joint becoming the reason for your pain or stiffness of knee joints.
B) Synovial chondromatosis is a tumor involving the synovial membrane..luckily it's a benign tumor but the nodules that get formed may get released in the joint.
