Hi sir...
There are different systems and types of implants
1.Conventional Implants(which requires atleast 3 months for osseointegration)
2.Basal Implant ( which works on osseofixation rather than osseo integration.)
As a person who has done my PG research on Both of these ....the only problem with the basal implant is the chance of rotation in the molar areas if you fix only one screw
As your dentist planning for 2 that should be resolved..With Basal implants you can avoid the waiting period of 3 months to go for the cap

Hello
Recently, immediate implant placement after extraction of tooth with early loading has become more common.
The advantages of this procedure include fewer surgical interventions, reduction in overall treatment time, reduced soft and hard tissue loss, and psychological satisfaction to the patient.
Next Steps
visit our clinic for successful implant treatment.
There are two types of implant
1.immediate implant
2.conventional implant
Imidiate implant is better for anterior front teeth
Conventional implant is better for molars teeth
Imidiate implant will take 3-5 days to complete the treatment
Conventional implant ll take 2-3 month to complete whole procedure (osseointregation n crown placement)
