Osmf Problem - I M Suffering From Osmf . My Mouth Opening Is 36

I m suffering from osmf . my mouth opening is 36 mm. As i have quit tobacco forever. But my tongue is whittish and have several cracks with little bit burning sensation. Can u suggest medicine for tongue bringing back to normal.
