OSMF, HEAVY ULCERS IN MOUTH,LIPS
Tobacco chewing since 5 years , Now osmf III , LOTS OF PAINFUL ROUND ULCERS DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE.,IN LIPS AND CHEEKS. Lot of BURNING sensation inside the cheeks while taking food ,though no chilly. No hot food is tolerated at all WHITE patches and bands inside the cheeks. Condition worsening day by day. Is it leading to carcinoma I WILL BE obliged if any best medicines are prescribed Thanks and regards
