Your problem is because of "eating spicy food" and by eating "Paan Masala" . In fact by keeping Paan Masala in your mouth for a very long time. That leads to fibrosis of muscles of mastication. You have to consult a Dentist (Specialist in Oral Surgery) and also a Cancer Surgeon. They may take a biopsy to rule out cancer. It is a long drawn treatment.
