Ulcers on lips lot many, round in shape and in middle and little uppish , TRANSPERENT glass like WHITE patches and bands inside the cheeks and ulcer like ,white patch inside the cheeks, Burning sensation,little chilly curry also not tolerated, zero chilly, hot items couldn't be taken. UPPER PALATE whitish
