OSMF and Oral Infection
I am suffering from OSMF and left tobacco since 1.5months back. Since last 1 week my mouth taste like metal and heavy burning sensation in whole mouth. Having SM Fibro tab and Multi-vitamin tab. Pls suggest is there any other infection is there and Should I have to change these medicines? Gargling with salt water and Betadine but no improvement.

These are signs of osmf only Please be in regular touch with a maxillofacial surgeon And follow his advice According to your stage u might be treated with multivitamins antioxidants intra lesional steroid or surgery
