I m suffering from osmf grade 2. As i have quit tobacco. For 2 months and forver. Is there any chances that this problem will progress further although i have quit tobacco. I m just taking multivitamins presently

It cn u due to tobacco or having spicy food.so avoid both.and consult a oral medicine specialist and go for intralesional injections
