Hi there. It is very difficult to comment on your condition without examining you physically and without seeing the scans and x-rays physically.
Next Steps
However, i can advise you to see a good Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who will be able to guide you towards the best treatment plan. Consult two or three Surgeons, if not one, and decide whom you want to go with.
Health Tips
I have to caution you to be patient and not rush into any treatment procedure without thinking over it completely. Whatever will be done is most probably going to be irreversible and we have to be extra cautious because it your face we are dealing with here. I suggest you not to be in a hurry, consult Surgeons, discuss options with your family and friends and then go into the procedure consciously with a fair sense of what you are going to get done.

It seems like you are so depressed, .But no need to think like that dear u r just 17 year old life is so beautiful  and your problem  is not that much serious that you think about suicide, or in any case suicide  is not a solution  of any problem. If you r not satisfied  with your doctors  treatment  plan u can take second opinion. In present  scenario the techniques are so advance ,so talk to your doctor and try to understand  the technique  they are telling you.understand things properly. Ask your doctor  about  cons and pros of both techniques then go with the option you prefer.
Next Steps
Ask your surgeon  about juvederm  voluma, it is permanent  or for some specific  time period.

Dear patient, you're facing an complex orthodontic problem, which involves skeletal deformity, the juvederm is a good solution for many patients but it completely depends on the severity and complexity of your particular problem, however juvederm is not a permanent solution, after a couple of years, it can completely disseminate and you'll go back to having a similar deformity, or you can repeat another juvederm session, it's best that you first meet an orthodontist who'll then address this issue together with a team of a maxillofacial surgeon and cosmetologist, more importantly you require psychological counseling by the orthodontist and surgeon before any necessary treatment is initiated, the other side is doing a surgery which gives permanent results, kindly visit an orthodontist near you
