Hello A slight orthodontic correction and then retainers (fixed and removable) for atleast 6 months will help.
Next Steps
Please visit the orthodontist as soon as possible so that the condition doesn't progress further.
Health Tips
Avoidance is not recommended, please haste. There are patients who ignore this and then land into complete retreatment.

Refinements followed by retainer. Advised a dental checkup first.

Hello We can better suggest if you uploaded a picture. But anyways by looking at your chief complaint it is clearly advised that if retainers are not worn very particularly your whole of the orthodontic treatment can go in vain. So what we can advise is that if the problem is slight/mild, the orthodontist can give you an *appliance* (retainer like appliance) which can correct your relapse. If moderate to severe then you can again go for orthodontic treatment procedures and *wear your retainers whole heartedly* and also ask your orthodontist to bond a *permanent retainer (lingual retainer)* at the back side so that the teeth can remain in the last best treated position.
Next Steps
Share picture if possible and visit and orthodontist
Health Tips
Retainers must be worn right after debonding for at least 6-8 months at least 20-22 hrs a day.

Hi, This is a very common problem after braces treatment. You can get a new retainer made.
Next Steps
You can give the measurement for getting a new Hawleys retainer made at any dental clinic . The active wire component in the retainer will push the teeth slightly and close the gap.
