I have gotten my braces in 2019 May due to an overbite and since then visiting my dentist as and when called.But currently she had to travel outside Bangalore and I need to get it reviewed. I was wondering can another dentist look into it and if not needed anymore remove it completely.

If your dentist is not going outside for long wait her to come back and then get it reviewed.
If she is not coming anytime soon you can tell this problem to other dentist it will be solved or you can ask your old dentist to refer you to their friends, it would be easier.
Carry all your records when you visit other dentist.
