There is no age bar to have Braces. It's very common for adults also to take treatment via Braces. Usually the results can be achieved between 1-1.5years depending upon case to case. Certain cases can be treated through removable orthodontic treatment and also through removable aligners but not all. Whether your case is possible to be done via removable or not can be told only after a detailed case study of your x rays and models.
