Yes you can give it a try. Slim trim tablets are cheaper than any other. How was your last thyroid profile looked like? Get in normal range. Also you can try keto or calorie restriction with intermittent fasting which surely will help you even if you are not planning to work out. Weight loss is 80% how you eat and 20% workout. If you are thinking just orlistat will give you wonders NO it won't.

Don't try shortcuts to lose weight. Start working out, join a gym or yoga class, start brisk walking, cut down your calories. There are many things you can do to cut down your weight, Orlistat should come as a last resort.
