This tumour in this location is rare. Need to read your pathology report fully about margins of resection, and see your CT abdomen and thorax scans, to plan further. Your oncologist will also discuss with the surgeon about the completeness of resection. Also tumour markers would have been done prior to surgery AFP beta HCG and LDH. You could share all details while asking an opinion.

I need more details about your tumor size, margin status, and structures involved. The pathology wording ‘low-grade dedifferentiated liposarcoma’ is unusual—dedifferentiated type is usually high grade—so a second review of your slides/blocks at a sarcoma reference center (with MDM2 testing if not done) is strongly advised.
Next steps include a CT scan of the chest and imaging of the operated area to check for spread or residual disease. If margins are positive, bulky (>5 cm), or deep, radiotherapy may be considered. Chemotherapy is not routine after surgery for liposarcoma but may be discussed in high-risk cases. Final decisions should be made after review in a multidisciplinary sarcoma team
