Sir I notice some of tiny tiny spot white( like part of tongue) and also white layer on my upside tongue So please give me some medicine Not any other problems like burning or any other I not chewing tobacco

Hi. The images suggest that your tongue looks normal. But just to be sure it's better you make a visit to a dentist near to you so that he/she can physically examine your tongue. And if there is any indication will prescribe you medicines. Until then it's advised not to take any medicines on your own

Welcome to practo.. The tongue looks normal.. But still I advice you to take antibiotic and painkillers for three days.. Avoid hot and spicy food.. Take fruits and vegetables more.. Drink plenty of water.. Take vitamin c supplements.. Apply coconut oil in the white spot in tongue three to five times a day.. After one week if you still have same white spots, then consult me.. Thank you..
