Very hard to say anything,u have to upload some pictures of the affected area,or better visit your pedodontist to get it evaluated thoroughly.Regards!

The objective treatment of oral Thrush can be started only after the diagnosis has been established with confirmation, especially at such an age. Please visit a pedodontist for the same. Don't jump to the diagnosis yourself and don't start any medication yourself.
