Dentist physically examined me and opined on my symptoms OSMF I ST STAGE and sm fibro and tress.
Since he has given for two months SM fibro.,
Please advise me whether I should visit again another dentist or same doctor right now.

Sm fibro is an antioxidant commonly prescribed for a condition like osmf. It's a safe medicine. Nothing to worry about. Is there a history of taking long term tobacco. If yes you will have to quit the habit to avoid further damage.
