Oral lichen planus
Hello doctors i am suffering from oral lichen planus on tounge since 5 years. Sometimes it gets bad sometimes get better but never goes away. Since one month it is reddish also,otherwise white patch was there only.
I really wanted to know if there is any permanent cure in homepathy. I am attaching my tounge picture . Please go through and advice.
