I have got tonsil stones for the first time.i have swelling near my throat. Took ibuprofen and gargled salt water.Its been two days and still I have difficulty when I eat something..please suggest something

Swelling in neck has to be evaluated. It can be lymphadenitis secondary to your throat infection or something else.
