Tonsil stone
I am suffering for tonsil stone last one year . I found some  small stone in my tonsil . Some stone allrady i remove but the outer stone did not . Some time i feel some thing stuck in my throat . I have no ear pain no fever no swallowing in my mouth no sore throat . But i have only one issue dry throat. How can i do next . How to relif this problem please advice me . How to cure this problem with out any surgery . I do gargle with batadine twig daily . Can i have coronic tonsillitis.

Thanks for your question.After going through your history,it seems you are suffering from keratosis pharyngis with tonsilloliths.Regular gargle with betadine is not recommended for long term rather luke warm water gargling is sufficient.Also for dryness of mouth nasal issue and OSAS to be excluded.yes after thoroughly examining and after relevant investigation  there is chance of way out to deal with the disease without surgery.

Firstly, you have to maintain a proper oral hygiene and inculcate timely eating habits, avoid skipping meals or staying empty stomach for long hours. Might be because of Chronic Tonsillitis and laryngopharyngeal reflux.
