Hello Sir,
I have white black and red patches in mouth since 2 months, it's very painful and burning a lot while eating, when it was started I visited dermatologist and he said its looks like lichens oral lichen planus, he gave some steroid injection I asked to wait for 1 month but no improvement in 1 months then I have visited oral surgeon dentist he gave 7 days treatment of wysolone 20 mg. It's was cured almost 90% but now again after 2 weeks, I am getting same patches and lots of burning whi
