Oral hairy leukoplakia
I have been diagnosed with oral hairy leukoplakia but my hiv western blot and 4 th gen test after 3 months of exposure is negative, I had protected sex with csw , and don't take any medication, then why oral hairy leukoplakia occurred please help sir plz

Usually can be sign of immunocompromise...other than HIV too...it may be prudent to check your immune competence status...hairy leukoplakia can occur in normal patients also secondary to EBV activation
