Does oral glutathione 500mg with vitamins c 1000mg really helps in skin whitening? Please suggest me a good brand of glutathione.

It does help . But the results vary from person to person. Improvement of colour is limited since it results to normal as soon as you stop. Hence a night cream for lightening is important. Sunscreen mandatory.

Yes,it does.it lightens your skin time by few shades.it won’t make u fair though and results last as long as you take the tablets.post that it starts fading away
