Oral glucose challenge test 1hr
Hi,
My wife is 26 weeks pregnant, we went for OGCT with 50g glucose duration of 1 hour. And the test results are 143 mg/ml. I am worried of high value..
What should be done?

DONT WORRY JUST RESTRICT ALL FREE SUGARS , SUGARY FRUITS AND CARBOHYDRATE RICH FOOD AND WALK . ALSO IN A WEEK CHECK YOUR PREMEALS AND POST MEALS SUGAR

Ya it is borderline.Consult to your gynaecologist.Control the diet and reduce the sugar content of food.Do exercise and walking.May be you need some treatment for sugar.
