My father has been affected with oral cancer (upper inside cheek infront of upper teeth plate), the doctor's said that it is in the initial stage and has been affected in the region 5mm x 5mm x 2mm. We consulted two different doctor's, one said chemotherapy is needed and the other that a surgery is needed with chemotherapy. what should i do?

He will need surgery most of time as he 45 yr . Curative option would be surgery followed by Radiation or radiation with chemotherapy therapy as the stage permits
