Sir I have small- small pimples on sides of my tongue no pain at all I also consult two allopathic doctors and one homeo doctor all of the told me that I may vitamin defiency and prescribed vitamin tabs only Now it has more than one month but that pimples are there,no pain till now IS THERE ANY SERIOUS CAUSE TO WORRY ABOUT

No there is nothing serious abt this. Small white discoloration on the tongue can be due to vitamin deficiency but other causes also have to be ruled out.
