C reactive protein is indicator of inflammation in the body, but this could be due to some other reasons also. You have mentioned vit D deficiency then it could be due to arthritis also. Further investigations required. Consult any physician and do proper blood check up. Anemia and vitamin deficiency can be corrected with medicine supplementation. High C Reactive level indicates inflammation in body. Inflammation is body response as defense to injury allergy infection other irritants or some disease like autoimmune disorder. So you need to do few things - correct anemia and Vit D by proper supplementation - correct pre diabetes state by lifestyle changes dietary changes and regular exercise - this high C Reactive proteins needs to be assessed further. What is the cause. This can be done by clinical assessment and further investigations. - you need to be more particular about your diet. On one hand you are in pte diabetic state and on other hand you have deficiencies. You may take help of dietician to plan a supportive diet
