I have been advised tooth extraction for my front tooth which is more than half broken. I have attached xray for reference. Plz suggest if tooth extraction is only option?

Hold the radiograph in front of bright white light.  Off flash of your camera while clicking the snap. It's a bit blur for evaluation.

X-ray is not clear at all. If the tooth is moving (mobile)...then only extract it.  Or else u can save it .
