I got OPG done for my father. He was complaining about toothache. He has cavities too. He had incomplete RCT as he got covid in between the treatment. Can anybody please tell me the rate of infection in the teeth and the solution. He was on steroids for long and his glucose levels are also a bit on the higher side,. So I fear prolonged treatments as of now.

From the given opg it seems that, there is gum & supporting structures disease called pyorrhoea along with that he has age related teeth problem called attrision causing pain & sensitivity.
Next Steps
visit dentist for comprehensive examination of oral cavity & to complete rct .
If he has completed one month of covid..then he can resume the treatment ,though the success rate of RCT is compromised after a gap if the canals are left untreated at times..
