Two days back I am done with this operculectomy process, my doctor suggested me with this process because my wisdom teeth is almost erupted but the little gum is covering that part, so I went with that process which I mentioned but my concern what to do for stopping that gum growth again in future, which was removed during that laser treatment, is there anything to stop that gum growth recurring

Your gum hurts because your upper wisdom teeth get into contact with the lower gums covering wisdom teeth which results in pain in gums, So the upper wisdom teeth is the culprit for the pain in gums...
So removing or incision of gums of lower part is a temporary relief... If u need permanent solution, then it is necessary to remove or extract upper wisdom tooth as in xray shown, you can see upper wisdom tooth is tilted and it is not in proper alignment so it hurts the lower part of gum....
Next Steps
Take secondary opinion and take your wise decision... thank you
Get the wisdom tooth extracted to prevent recurrence of pericoronitis ( it’s the condition for which you got operculectomy done).
Next Steps
Visit your dental surgeon.
Health Tips
Rinse with warm saline water daily after every meal to prevent food accumulation.
