From 2 years pain inside heap muscle, it was operated from govt. hospital before 3 month, still it is infected, consulting doctors but no result, he has high sugar level. what type of treatment will be preferable to cure.

High auger levels is your problem so maintain by medicine. Avoid stress level. Tk proper treatment.

from your question it is not clear that what type of surgery were made. if it is neurological then consult a neuro surgeon or if ortho then consult ortho surgeon
