Weak heap rotator
I am female age 40 i Had problems of weak external heap rotator of heap joint I started physiotherapy two months before with weight in legs but now also my legs not following constant pattern of walking sometimes they get turned inwards and my heap joint and muscle paining and getting cramps in legs what should be done.

The cause of such weak Hip rotators has to be found out and corrected. It may be in spine or hip joint. You should consult an Orthopaedician first

It seems like u have extreme weakness in the hip joint.. u need a thorough assessment of hip musculature and proper strengthening treatment of hip and back.. kindly visit an ideal physiotherapist in your area and cont physio for atleast 8 weeks to see a difference.
