The last two girlfriends I’ve had have had on going problems with bacterial vaginosis. Is it something I am doing?
I am large, but nothing too ridiculous. I always keep clean and wash before and after. I’ve had full urine : blood STI checks and I am clear... yet somehow my partners keep having these issues. I want to make sure it’s itnot my fault. Thanks in advance.

Bacterial vaginosis is not a STI and is not transmitted like that. So it's not your fault. Tell them to have metronidazole 400 mg 3 times daily for 5 days and not to apply soap in their private parts to maintain the vaginal acidic pH.
