One year old suffering from fever cold

My son is one year old,11.5 kgs ,male. He is suffering from fever and cold. I am giving him p-125 6ml every 6 hours. How much t-minic drop and p-125 drops I should give him for cold and fever.

T minic drops dose is 0.5ml twice a day. Dose od P125 suspension (60ml) is 6ml per as needed for fever above 100F Max every 4 hours. But please meet a pediatrician for check up and treatment especially after 2 days of fever or if he is not active or eating well.
