Hello,
My son is 4.6 months old and weighs 6.2 kgs. He is having fever from yesterday and doctor suggested dolo drops and asthakind-ls pediatric drop. Am little confused and hesitant after hearing few options from friends.
Is asthakind ls drops safe to use for such small babies?

Usually we dont give any type of cough m syrup to the babies till 6 months minimum. Use only dolo drops instead
