One thing at a time
How to believe and put all my attention in that one thing every time? For example , if i am brushing I want to concentrate on only brushing likewise for sleeping and eating. Is this possible?? If so, How?

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. The reason for lack of concentration or diversion is due to anxiety. If you overthink or pre occupy your mind with any anxious or overwhelming thoughts, then you tend to ignore the present moment. The solution for such problem is first be in present. So to improve this ability, there solution  like mindfulness techniques ex. Mindful breathing, mindful visualization, mindful activities, along with other conginitive behaviors therapies and counseling. Feel free to reach out to me online or call for further assistance.
