With these 2 symptoms it’s difficult to comment on the diagnosis. But this kind of sudden black out and hearing un seen voices may present in various conditions like: stress related blackouts and dissociative hallucinations, partial onset epilepsy, depression with psychotic symptoms, schizophrenia, organic brain pathology and hypoglycaemic attacks.
